We’re skilled in a wide variety of cuisines including French, European and Pacific and go the extra mile to use the freshest local produce and finest ingredients.

Our Head Chef

Fou Fale trained as a chef at Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT). His natural talent and flair quickly shone through and he was selected as Head Chef of Dine, MIT’s bar and restaurant, in 2015.  He has cheffed for private members at Auckland Royal Golf Club, and catered for numerous weddings, birthdays and small events in Auckland. Most recently, Fou has served as Head Chef at Turanga Creek Winery & Restaurant. 

 
Needless to say, Fou is quickly becoming known as one of Auckland’s exceptional  up-and-coming young chefs. His driving passion is to amaze diners with great-tasting food and create joyous moments through his cuisine. That, combined with his big smile and warm Pacific Island charm, make him a hit time after time.

Fou is a dedicated father of three young children, and a loving husband to Katerina.
